Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

Duties, Taxes & Customs
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
SENSORITE is not responsible for any delays due to customs processing. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the carrier's website or by visiting our Order Tracking page.
If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@sensorite.com.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing (for international orders)
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- High volume during peak seasons or promotions
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by factors outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@sensorite.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged package or product (if applicable)
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. SENSORITE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@sensorite.com. We will do our best to update the address before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the United States. Please note that delivery times to these addresses may be longer than standard delivery estimates.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at our Baldwin Park, California location. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and you will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
