At SENSORITE, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in its original condition
- Item must be in the original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at support@sensorite.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund
Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
Exchanges
Want a different product? No problem. Contact us to arrange an exchange. We will ship your new item once we receive the original product.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the defective/damaged item
- A description of the issue
We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. No need to return the damaged item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been used or altered
- Items without original packaging
- Gift cards
- Sale items marked as "Final Sale"
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time to post)
- Contact your bank
