At SENSORITE, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@sensorite.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Defects
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at support@sensorite.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the damaged item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or altered
- Products without original packaging
- Gift cards
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, simply return your original purchase and place a new order for the item you'd like.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@sensorite.com.
